Agroskill Social Welfare Foundation

At Agroskill Social Welfare Foundation ("the Foundation"), we value our donors and supporters. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

The Foundation may issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Donation Errors – If a donation was made by mistake, the donor must request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • Event Cancellations & Rescheduling – Refunds for event registrations or purchases will be granted only if the event is canceled or rescheduled by the Foundation.

2. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Foundation’s official contact email. The request must include:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Transaction
  • Payment Method
  • Reason for Refund Request

The Foundation reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the specified criteria.

3. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

4. Changes to Refund Policy

The Foundation reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
